- Actually, grabbing the frames for a background image-sequence is about as
- quick and dirty as you can get. Of course, it all depends on the
- equipment you're using. With a PAR or PVR, it's just a matter of
- recording the video, entering LightWave, and loading the video as a
- background sequence. It gives you the cleanest look for a minimal amount
- of work.

- how that looks.
